Quality Control
Rensino Electrical Appliances Co., Ltd. applies structured quality control throughout sourcing, production, assembly, testing, packaging, and shipment. Our procedures support a broad range of electrical cleaning and household appliances, including vacuum cleaners, floor washers, steam cleaners, pressure cleaning equipment, ultrasonic cleaners, air-treatment appliances, garment-care products, and smart cleaning devices. Inspection criteria are defined according to product specifications, order requirements, intended applications, and industry-aligned practices.
1. Incoming Material and Component Inspection
Quality control begins before production. Incoming materials, purchased parts, and key electrical components are checked against approved specifications and relevant technical documents. Materials that do not meet the applicable requirements are identified and managed to prevent unintended use.
- Electrical components: Motors, batteries, power supplies, switches, control boards, heating elements, sensors, pumps, and wiring are checked as applicable to the product.
- Structural parts: Plastic housings, tanks, tubes, brushes, nozzles, seals, fasteners, and metal components are reviewed for dimensions, fit, appearance, and workmanship.
- Material verification: Selected materials are checked for consistency with approved samples, drawings, bills of materials, or agreed customer requirements.
- Supplier quality follow-up: Incoming inspection findings are recorded and communicated to suppliers when clarification, replacement, or corrective action is needed.
2. In-Process Quality Control
Production is monitored at defined stages to identify variation before final assembly is completed. Operators follow work instructions, while quality personnel conduct inspections according to internal inspection standards and product-specific control points. First-piece checks and in-process sampling may be applied depending on the product and manufacturing stage.
- Assembly verification: Component placement, fastening, wiring, sealing, alignment, and moving-part operation are checked during assembly.
- Process control: Relevant parameters for bonding, fastening, leak prevention, electrical connection, heating, and charging are monitored where applicable.
- Intermediate functional checks: Suction, spraying, water flow, brush rotation, steam generation, ultrasonic operation, drying, sensor response, or control-panel performance may be evaluated according to the product design.
- Traceable handling: Inspection results and identified nonconformities are documented in accordance with internal procedures, enabling affected materials or units to be isolated and reviewed.
3. Finished Product Inspection and Testing
Completed products are inspected against approved specifications and order requirements before release. Inspection plans vary by model because a robot vacuum, handheld pressure washer, steam mop, air purifier, and ultrasonic cleaner each require different functional and safety-related checks.
- Appearance and workmanship: Surfaces, color consistency, gaps, joints, markings, controls, accessories, and overall assembly are examined for visible defects.
- Functional performance: Operating modes and principal functions are tested as applicable, including suction, airflow, water delivery, pressure, heating, steam output, brush movement, navigation, charging, drying, purification, and automatic controls.
- Electrical and operational checks: Power-on behavior, switches, indicators, charging functions, abnormal noise, vibration, temperature behavior, and protective features are reviewed subject to product specifications.
- Leakage and sealing checks: Products with clean-water tanks, waste-water tanks, pumps, hoses, spray systems, or steam circuits are checked for proper assembly and leakage where required.
- Fit and accessory checks: Attachments, filters, charging docks, cleaning heads, brushes, adapters, manuals, and other included items are verified against the order configuration.
4. Packaging and Pre-Shipment Verification
Packaging is checked to help protect products during storage, handling, and international transportation. Before shipment, the product configuration and shipping details are reviewed against the confirmed order and approved packaging information.
- Packaging integrity: Inner supports, protective materials, cartons, closures, and product placement are checked for suitability.
- Label and marking review: Model information, ratings, barcodes, carton marks, warning labels, and customer-specific labels are verified where applicable.
- Quantity and assortment confirmation: Products, accessories, manuals, and packaging variants are checked against the packing requirements.
- Pre-shipment inspection: Final sampling may include appearance, function, packaging, quantity, and documentation checks based on the agreed inspection plan.
5. Feedback, Corrective Action, and Continuous Improvement
Rensino Electrical Appliances Co., Ltd. treats quality control as an ongoing process. Feedback from production teams, suppliers, customers, and after-sales channels is reviewed to identify the cause of reported issues. Depending on the findings, actions may include material review, process adjustment, work-instruction updates, additional inspection, supplier follow-up, or product design evaluation.
For OEM and ODM projects, we work with customers to clarify specifications, inspection criteria, packaging requirements, and approval procedures before mass production. This practical approach helps maintain product consistency, supports clear communication, and ensures that quality requirements are understood throughout the manufacturing and delivery process.
