Order Terms

Rensino Electrical Appliances Co., Ltd. supplies household and commercial cleaning appliances to international B2B customers. Our product range includes vacuum cleaners, floor washers, cleaning robots, steam cleaners, ultrasonic cleaners, pressure-washing equipment, garment-care appliances, air-treatment products, and other specialized electrical cleaning devices. The following ordering process is designed to help importers, distributors, retailers, and project buyers confirm product requirements clearly and manage each order efficiently.

1. Inquiry and Product Selection

Please send us an inquiry with the product name or model you are interested in, together with your target market and estimated order quantity. If you need a customized product, reference photographs, drawings, specification sheets, or samples can help us understand your requirements accurately.

To prepare an appropriate proposal, please provide as much of the following information as possible:

If you are uncertain which model is suitable, our team can review your intended sales channel, price positioning, and functional requirements before recommending available options.

2. Samples and Product Evaluation

Samples may be arranged for product evaluation, subject to model availability and confirmation. Sample charges, customization costs, courier fees, and preparation time depend on the selected product and the requested configuration.

A sample is intended to confirm appearance, functions, workmanship, accessories, and general suitability before a bulk order. Customized samples may require additional preparation, especially when they include a new color, logo, packaging design, electrical configuration, or structural modification. Final mass-production specifications must be confirmed separately in the order documents.

3. Customization and Quotation

Customization may include product colors, logos, packaging, manuals, labels, accessories, plug types, control interfaces, and selected functions, depending on the product. Requests involving molds, tooling, electronic functions, structural changes, or special materials will be reviewed for technical feasibility before quotation.

Our quotation is prepared according to the confirmed model, specifications, quantity, customization level, packaging, applicable trade terms, and delivery requirements. Minimum order quantities, tooling costs, sample fees, unit prices, and estimated production schedules vary by product and will be stated in the relevant quotation.

Unless otherwise specified, a quotation is based only on the requirements listed in that document. Changes to specifications, quantity, packaging, destination, or delivery terms may require an updated quotation. Freight costs, import duties, taxes, customs charges, and destination fees are handled according to the agreed trade terms.

4. Order Confirmation

Before an order enters production, both parties should confirm all relevant commercial and technical details. These may be recorded in a proforma invoice, sales contract, purchase order, specification sheet, approved sample, packaging artwork, or other written approval document.

Order confirmation normally covers:

  1. The product model, quantity, unit price, and total order value.
  2. The approved specifications, functions, colors, materials, and accessories.
  3. The voltage, frequency, plug type, battery configuration, and labeling requirements.
  4. The logo files, artwork, manuals, retail packaging, master cartons, and shipping marks.
  5. The payment arrangement, trade terms, delivery destination, and planned shipping method.
  6. Any agreed inspection, documentation, or market-specific requirements.

Customers are responsible for checking the accuracy of all approved details, particularly brand names, trademarks, barcodes, language content, model numbers, and consignee information. Production will be arranged according to the final written confirmation.

5. Artwork and Branding Approval

For private-label or OEM orders, customers should provide clear, production-ready logo and artwork files in an appropriate format. Packaging text, instruction manuals, warning labels, and other market-facing content should be reviewed carefully before approval.

Rensino Electrical Appliances Co., Ltd. will use customer-provided branding materials only for the relevant order. By supplying a logo, design, trademark, or other intellectual property, the customer confirms that it has the necessary authorization to use those materials. Production involving customized printing or labeling will begin only after the applicable artwork has been approved in writing.

6. Payment Terms

Payment terms are agreed according to the order value, product type, customization requirements, and cooperation arrangement. The accepted payment method, payment schedule, currency, bank information, and any applicable charges will be stated in the quotation, proforma invoice, or sales contract.

Production and shipment arrangements are subject to receipt of the agreed payment at the relevant stage. Customers should remit funds only to the bank account shown on an authorized order document from Rensino Electrical Appliances Co., Ltd. If bank details appear to change, please verify the information with our authorized contact before making payment. Bank charges and intermediary fees are allocated according to the agreed payment terms.

7. Production and Progress Confirmation

The production schedule is arranged after the order details, artwork, payment conditions, and any required samples are confirmed. Estimated timing depends on the product, quantity, component availability, customization, packaging complexity, and production schedule at the time of order confirmation.

We maintain order communication during preparation and production. Where appropriate, customers may receive updates, photographs, packaging confirmations, or requests for clarification. If a customer requests a specification change after approval, we will assess whether the change is still possible. Any resulting adjustment to cost or schedule must be confirmed before implementation.

Unexpected circumstances involving components, customized materials, shipping capacity, or other supply-chain conditions may affect the estimated schedule. If a material change occurs, we will communicate the situation and discuss the available options with the customer.

8. Quality Check and Pre-Shipment Review

Products are checked according to the confirmed order requirements and the applicable inspection arrangements. The scope of inspection may include appearance, basic operation, accessories, electrical configuration, labeling, packaging, quantity, and carton information, depending on the product and order.

If the customer requires a specific inspection standard, testing procedure, third-party inspection, or pre-shipment report, this must be communicated before the order is confirmed. Any related cost, access arrangement, sampling method, and inspection timing are subject to agreement. A third-party inspection should be scheduled early enough to avoid unnecessary shipment delays.

9. Packing and Delivery

Standard or customized packaging will be used according to the confirmed order. Packaging may include product protection, accessories, manuals, retail boxes, inner packing, export cartons, labels, and shipping marks as applicable. Special packing requirements should be specified during the inquiry and approved before production.

Delivery can be arranged by express courier, air freight, sea freight, rail, or another suitable method, depending on order volume, destination, urgency, product characteristics, and applicable transport restrictions. Shipping routes, freight charges, transit times, and documentation requirements are subject to confirmation with the relevant logistics provider.

Customers should provide complete and accurate consignee, contact, customs, and delivery information. Import clearance, duties, taxes, licenses, and destination requirements are handled according to the agreed trade terms. Shipping dates refer to the planned dispatch arrangement and do not constitute a fixed arrival date, as transit and customs processing are managed by external parties.

10. Shipping Documents

Commercial documents are prepared according to the confirmed order and agreed delivery terms. Depending on the shipment, these may include a commercial invoice, packing list, transport document, and other agreed records. Any special wording, legalization, destination-specific documentation, or document presentation requirement must be requested before shipment and may involve additional time or cost.

Customers should review draft shipping information promptly when confirmation is requested. Rensino Electrical Appliances Co., Ltd. is not responsible for delays or additional charges caused by inaccurate customer-provided details or late changes after documents or cargo arrangements have been finalized.

11. Order Changes and Cancellation

Requests to change or cancel an order must be submitted in writing as early as possible. Approval depends on the production stage, procurement status, customization work, and existing commitments to suppliers or logistics providers.

Costs already incurred for materials, components, tooling, samples, printing, packaging, labor, inspection, or freight arrangements may not be refundable. Any change in product specifications, quantity, packaging, or delivery instructions may affect the price and schedule. Revised terms must be confirmed by both parties before the order proceeds.

12. Receipt and After-Sales Communication

Customers should inspect the shipment promptly after delivery and compare the received goods with the packing list and confirmed order. If cartons show visible transport damage, the condition should be recorded with the carrier at the time of receipt whenever possible.

If a product, quantity, packaging, or functional issue is identified, please contact us promptly and provide:

Our team will review the information and discuss an appropriate response based on the confirmed specifications, inspection findings, cause of the issue, and applicable order terms. Possible solutions are determined case by case and may include technical guidance, replacement parts, corrective action for a future shipment, or another mutually agreed arrangement.

13. Ongoing Cooperation

For repeat orders, customers are encouraged to reconfirm specifications, packaging, quantities, and delivery requirements rather than relying solely on a previous order. Components, materials, logistics conditions, and market requirements may change over time, so pricing and schedules remain subject to current confirmation.

Rensino Electrical Appliances Co., Ltd. values clear documentation and timely communication throughout each project. Providing complete requirements at the inquiry stage and approving samples, artwork, and order documents promptly helps reduce revisions and supports an efficient process from quotation through delivery and after-sales service.
